It’s Monday. I hope everyone had a great Mother’s Day. Since we’ll be getting together with my girlfriend’s side of the family this Saturday, we spent the afternoon at my mom’s house yesterday. The weather was absolutely perfect—sunny and in the upper 60s—ideal for a cookout. Nothing fancy, just burgers on the grill, chips, and good company. My sister was able to make it too, so my mom was especially happy to have both of her kids together. The food was good, everyone had a great time, and it turned out to be a really nice day all around.

Now that it’s over, I’m tired as hell. Think I’m going to kick back and watch the race I recorded at Watkins Glen.
