It’s Thursday. I get a lot of email from readers, and every now and then one manages to slip through the cracks and get buried under a mountain of other messages. Such is the case with this submission from Tony, who brought his gorgeous Trailblazer SS out to the Morris Car Show back in August. Somehow, I managed to overlook it until now, but better late than never!
The Trailblazer SS is one of those vehicles that still has plenty of attitude, and Tony’s is a great example of one. Unfortunately, we’re reaching that depressing time of year when outdoor car shows, cruise nights, and automotive gatherings start disappearing from the calendar. We’ve got only a limited number of decent weekends left, if any, before Mother Nature starts dumping some seriously chilly weather on those of us in Illinois. Then there’s the wind, rain, and eventually the horrid white stuff.
So while the car-show season winds down, we’ll enjoy every last bit of automotive goodness we can find. A huge thanks to Tony for sending in the photo!

My wife and I hit Morris on Saturday. Hope you got to check out my TBSS. It was the only TBSS there.
Soooo many cool cars. Saw all of the old cars I’ve owned over the years (well not actual cars but same make , model and year). 68 camaro, 69 camaro, 70 1/2 camaro, 73 Vette, 64 GTO, 79 Trans AM…. if I only had all of those cars today!
