It’s Friday! We get a slight break from the ridiculous heat & humidity today after a bunch of severe storms moved though yesterday. It’ll be nice being able to step outside without feeling like you’ve been hit by a truck. By Sunday we’ll be right back in it.

Well, the death of Hulk Hogan completes the celebrity trifecta. The first to go was Malcolm-Jamal Warner. He was then followed by Ozzy Osbourne. And now the racist asshole Hulk Hogan. All the remaining celebrities can rest easy. For now.

I thought I’d wrap the week up with some automotive goodness from the Tuesday night car show in Plainfield. The girlfriend and I had a really nice dinner outside at Sovereign Tap. The food was excellent and I enjoyed their extensive beer menu. We had a great view of the show along with plenty of shade and a nice breeze. Sadly, there are only four shows remaining, so there’s not much time left. The next show is July 29th and it happens to be Corvette night!
