It’s Monday. Well, that was an incredibly lazy weekend for me. I got sucked into a new game called Cities Skylines 2. It’s an incredibly detailed city builder simulation that sucks you in and before you know it, it’s Sunday night and you’re left wondering where the weekend went. I’d do it again, too.

And speaking of Sunday, with the 2023 Nascar season now closed, all I had for Sunday sports is Bears football. And since they played Thursday night, I didn’t even have that. Oh well, I guess I can watch them lose next Sunday.

It’s Friday! It’s hard to believe but Thanksgiving is just around the corner. I think we’ll be spending the holiday in town at my parent’s place this year because my girlfriend is on call Thanksgiving day. Traveling down to see her parents might have to wait until after Thanksgiving. And speaking of after Thanksgiving, that is what I dread—Christmas. I mean, I there’s some things that I like about Christmas, like the food, music, and the lights, but the hassle involved with shopping and trying to figure out the right gifts for people, that’s what I hate. Not looking forward to that whole process.

Anyway, now that the 2023 Nascar season has come to a close, all I have for my Sunday afternoon sports entertainment is football, or more specifically, the Bears. And what’s worse, they suck really, really bad. I need a new sport.

It’s Thursday. Oh come on! A friend of mine sent me this photo knowing that I’d be totally horrified. My first thoughts when seeing an abomination such as this are always, who the hell does this kind of thing? And why—God, why!

It’s important to have a goal when doing major modifications to a vehicle and it appears this fabricator wanted to transform this C3 Corvette into a semi-truck. Starting at the front, it appears he tried to flare the front fenders and failed spectacularly. Working our way back, we can see that running boards were added, along with semi-truck features like barrel gas tanks, semi-wheels and rear-end, and most confusingly, some sort of flatbed/trailer thing in place of the rear clip. Slap on some mudflaps and the transformation is sadly complete.

Blasphemy!
