It’s Friday! We’re deep in the heat & humidity and it appears that it’s here to stay throughout the weekend and into next week. That humidity can be a bitch, but it beats the hell out of the rain and chilly temperatures we had last week. I’m looking forward to some real summer temperatures in the 90s!

I’m thrilled to feature yet another collection of amateur photos today from my favorite amateur couple! They appear to enjoy making them almost as much as all of us enjoy seeing them. It’s Thursday. Today I have another summer toy to share with all of you. It’s a 1992 Harley-Davidson XLH Sportster that belongs to long-time reader, Curt from Kansas. After sitting under a tarp for the past 10 years needing repairs, this single Dad is ready to hit the road now that his kids have grown. Get out there and enjoy the summer, Curt! Hey, Keep, I’ve been a daily visitor since 2001. Did I just say 20 years?! Anyway, this is my ’92 1200 XLH Sportster. I bought it in about 2000 and I’ve had it sitting under a tarp since 2011 due to a mechanical issue and the challenges of single fatherhood. Well now it’s fixed and kids are teenagers, so Dad is ready to get in the wind again. Keep up the good work and thanks. -Curt from Kansas
