It’s Friday! The weather looks fantastic for the weekend and that puts a big smile on my face because there are two major car shows happening. The first is on Saturday and it’s one of the biggest Corvette shows on the planet down in Effingham, Illinois. I haven’t been down there for the show since the pandemic, so I’m really excited about going. The second show takes place on Sunday at the Joliet Municipal Airport for their annual Air & Car Show. It’s always a fun show that mixes aircraft and classic cars… looking forward to it!

I love all things Halloween and the Food Network is starting their Halloween Baking Championship and pumpkin carving shows. I love these shows every year—very creative stuff! Check ’em out if ya get the chance.
