It’s Friday! That was a quick week for me but isn’t that how it always goes while on vacation? We had a great time down here. The weather was perfect, the seafood tasty, and the many margaritas went down very nicely. On Saturday we’ll be putting Panama City Beach in the rearview mirror and heading back to Illinois. Not looking forward to that but what can ya do, eh?

It’s Thursday. We had dinner at a place called Uncle Ernie’s Bayfront Grill in Panama City the other night. The margaritas weren’t very good but the food was mighty tasty. I had the shrimp and it was very good. Also, the house salad was very good, too. We had a waterfront table that revealed a killer sunset. There was a guy leaving in his sailboat that made for a perfect photo opportunity. Good food with one hell of a view over the bay. Can’t ask for much more… except maybe better tasting margaritas!

It’s Wednesday. Another gorgeous day down here in Panama City Beach. We decided to take a drive along the coast yesterday and ended up in Destin, Florida. Nice town with a beautiful beachfront. We stopped at the Crab Trap Seafood & Oyster Bar for some drinks and dinner. We had some great food with a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. We made it back to our condo in time to see an incredible sunset from our balcony. I’ll feature a few photos from the trip later in the week.

Time to switch gears—Today I have a collection of spooky artwork entitled  “Stranger from the swamp” by @strangerfromtheswamp. Cool creepy stuff… enjoy!
