It’s Friday. In case you missed it, on Tuesday our government threatened to revoke ABC’s broadcast license for airing critical content of MAGA and Charlie Kirk. In a democracy, government power is supposed to be constrained so that no official can punish citizens or the press for speaking out. When leaders use regulatory muscle to intimidate journalists and entertainers, they betray the public trust and erode the very freedoms they swore to protect. Threatening ABC’s license for critical coverage isn’t politics—it’s authoritarianism. A free society depends on a free press, and it’s the duty of every American to reject this kind of authoritarian tactic before it becomes the norm.

SWEET!
My weekend was pretty good. Had dinner at Ted’s Montana Grill on Friday night, which was very tasty. On Saturday I had a bunch of work to do which took up most of the afternoon. On Sunday we went out to the Joliet Municipal Airport for their annual Air & Car Show. I’ll post photos from the show later in the week. I got home in time to catch the Bears game and then the NASCAR race in New Hampshire. Had some pizza and finished up some more work.
Yep, not a bad weekend.
