It’s Friday! I hope everyone had a good Halloween. I spent the evening at my parents place handing out goodies to all of the trick-or-treaters. We had a good amount of kids despite the cool and extremely windy conditions. It was only last year when we had snow, so it was nice not having to deal with that. While handing out the candy, I made another batch of pumpkin seeds. This time I coated them in olive oil and it gave them a completely different taste. I wish I had tried that before because they turned out really good.

Now comes the sad part—having to put away all the Halloween decorations until next October. Damn.

Oh, Did everyone like the Halloween babe yesterday? I was looking at my collection of Halloween babes that I’ve featured over the years and realized that I’m missing one. I have every year from 1998 to present with the only exception being 2015. If anyone happens to have it, I’d appreciate it if you would send it my way.

It’s Thursday. Halloween has arrived so it’s time to break out the good stuff for all the young trick-or-treaters out there. I’m talking Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, Snickers, Twix, Mars, Butterfinger, BabyRuth, Junior Mints, M&Ms, York Peppermint Patties, Heath, Payday, 3 Musketeers, Crunch, Skittles, KitKat, Almond Joy, Jolly Rancher, Starburst, 100 Grand, Charleston Chew, Zagnut, Duds, Lemonheads, Smarties, Nerds, Mike&Ike, and of course, Candy Corn! And remember, under absolutely no circumstances should Circus Peanuts ever be included in that list.

Be extra careful when driving today and keep an eye out for the little spooks & goblins running about.
