It’s Monday. The heat is on! Here in Illinois it looks like we’re in for our first heat wave of the summer. We had 95 degrees and a whole bunch of humidity yesterday and it doesn’t look like it’s going anywhere soon. I was outside washing the car for a couple hours yesterday and it was just too much. I don’t mind the heat, but damn, that humidity just sucks the life out of you.

We had a good time in Michigan over the weekend. The wedding wasn’t bad and the vegan menu at the reception wasn’t as bad as I originally feared. I had some Impossible beef tacos, yellow rice rice, spicy mushrooms, salad, and washed it all down with a bunch of open-bar margaritas! The biggest surprise was the Impossible beef—it was actually tasty.

I hope everyone had a good Father’s Day. In an effort to honor all the Dads out there, I decided to put together a special gallery of babes just for them. Enjoy!

It’s Friday! I’m heading out to Benton Harbor, Michigan, for a Friday afternoon wedding. No, not my wedding. It’s for my girlfriend’s niece. And guess what! The groom and bride are both devout vegans, so we can look forward to tofu tacos at the reception. Someone kill me now, please. I may have to stop and grab a burger before the reception.

Anyway, I have to get on the road so that’s why I’m posting my Friday update so early. I have a new amateur photo featured today along with the usual Friday double babes & double jokes. So enjoy your weekend and be glad that you’re not going to a damn vegan wedding!
