It’s Sunday! The 2020 Nascar season comes to an end today as 4 teams race for the Championship in Phoenix. I’m going to pass on the Bears game and kick back and enjoy the Nascar race with some tasty beverages and snacks. That sounds like a pretty good Sunday afternoon to me.

It’s Friday! The presidential election rages on as ballots continue to be counted in several states. How long will it take? In my humble little opinion, until every last legal vote is counted. 

Illinois is experiencing a rare November warmup. We’ve been enjoying temperatures in the low to mid-seventies the past few days and they’re expected to continue into early next week! I had started to put the Vette away for the winter, but I think that may have to wait because we may be able to get in another cruise or two before the weather turns! 

Nascar will wrap up the 2020 season this Sunday in Phoenix, Arizona, as drivers Joey Logano, Chase Elliott, Brad Keselowski, and Denny Hamlin all compete for the Championship title. I’m looking forward to watching the race on Sunday and will have my beer and munchies at the ready. 

As for the Bears, they’re struggling and this weekend’s game against the Titans will likely hand them their 4th loss.
