It’s Monday. Got back home from Panama City Beach yesterday night. We didn’t stop in Sheffield because Alabama was getting drenched by rain from hurricane Delta on Saturday. We did make a few other stops once we were out of the rain, like stopping in Nashville for some damn tasty BBQ. We also stopped in southern Illinois to see my Dad and again in central Illinois to see my girlfriend’s Mom. All in all it was a great trip. Sadly, now it’s time to get back in the groove and back to work.

It’s Saturday! Our time in Panama City Beach has come to an end and we’re heading back home. If the weather isn’t too bad we may take a side trip to Sheffield, Alabama. My girlfriend’s father grew up in Sheffield and she’s always wanted to see it. It’s only about an hour out of our way so it’s really going to come down to how much rain hurricane Delta is dumping on Alabama. 

 Today I have a video of a far more interesting road trip than the one I’m taking today. How does a 1,000 mile drive up the California coast in a 1965 Corvette sound? It’s a great trip, check it out if you have the time!
