It’s Sunday! Remember summer? One of my readers came across this beautiful 1967 Corvette in Sunfire yellow while out on a walk last summer. He snapped a photo and decided to wait until the dead of winter to send it in.

And here we are in the middle of winter dealing with frigid temperatures, snow, and ice. His photo is a perfect reminder of warmer days ahead. And I can’t wait for that!

It’s Friday! Well, I hope everyone has enjoyed this past week of double babes & double jokes. It’s been a pretty wild week considering all the wacky politics in the news. In the wake of the insurrection on our Capitol, Twitterboy, (I guess I can’t call him that anymore) has been banned from his beloved Twitter account and just about every other social network. He also got impeached again becoming the only President to be impeached twice. Several golf tournaments, banks, and the city of New York has severed contracts with him over the past week. And now with only days remaining in his term, I’m beginning to think that Mexico isn’t going to pay for that damn wall.

Now that the Bears are out of the playoffs, I’m pretty much done with football. Sure, I’ll watch the Superbowl but it’s Nascar that I’m waiting for. They’ll be firing  their engines on February 9th for the first preseason race, the Busch Clash at Daytona.

As I mentioned yesterday, I have more amateur goodness to share with all of you today. Actually, this one was supposed to be featured on New Year’s Day, but I screwed up and completely forgot to include it. So, better late than never, eh?
