It’s Sunday! Outside the horrid white stuff is coming down, so what better time to feature a motorcycle? This 2001 Harley Sportster belongs to Robert, a reader who was taking it for a spin last summer through the Brecon Beacons National park in South Wales. There’s 519 square miles of scenery to enjoy in Brecon Beacons and taking it all in on a beautiful summer day on a bike sounds like it would be a blast!
For now the snow continues to fall and all things summer are still months away. So, all we can do is wait.

Keep, Should have said that is me on my 2001 Sportster riding through the Brecon Beacons National park in South Wales this summer. Harley still looking good for nearly 20 years old, me not so much at 60 🙂 HiViz jacket is not cool, but cooler than getting knocked off by an inattentive driver. -Robert
D’oh!
If there’s one thing about the snow that I do like, it’s our dog Abby. She loves to run. Just seeing her run flat-out always puts a smile on my face because she enjoys it so much. Put a bunch of snow on the ground and she goes nuts. She runs at top speed looking for the deepest areas and leaping through it fast as possible. Pure doggo joy. So if there is anything about the horrid white stuff that I do like, it’s watching her enjoy it.
