It’s Monday. Not a bad weekend but the weather was somewhat gloomy. I got some work done, caught the movie Passengers with Jenifer Lawrence, went out to dinner with a friend I haven’t seen in over a year, and watched the race in Dover. Now we have rain moving in for the next two days and then a significant warmup. That’ll put a smile on my face.
My girlfriend made my favorite frozen dessert last night. It has a crumpled up Oreo crust, a layer of fudge, a layer of vanilla ice-cream, another layer of fudge, and a layer of whipped cream. Then finish it up with a cherry on top. Freeze it and cut into squares to serve. Very simple but oh-so damn tasty!
