Friday Goodness!

It’s Friday! Back in 2013 through 2016 there was a reader who went by the name Munchie. She sent in numerous amateur photos of herself over the course of four years and quickly became a favorite among my readers. Then suddenly she was gone. I had tried to contact her once or twice in the months that followed but my messages went unanswered. The other day I was organizing some photos and remembered a set of Christmas photos that she submitted in 2013. I dug ’em out and thought some of you might enjoy seeing them again. For the rest of you who weren’t around back then, well, they’ll be new to you! Enjoy the photos and who knows, maybe she’ll turn up again sometime.

Double babes & double jokes… enjoy!

Pastor Kenneth Copeland Goes Metal

It’s Thursday. Recently the video of wacky Pastor Kenneth Copeland demanding judgement on Covid-19 went viral. How a video goes viral is often very difficult to predict, but anything batshit crazy is generally a solid bet. In this video guitarist Andre Antunes passes down a judgement of his own on Pastor Dipshit by taking it METAL! I can’t say for certain, but I get the feeling Jesus would approve.

The Social Dilemma

It’s Wednesday. People all over the world are willingly sharing their lives on social media from day to day without understanding how their data is being used. What’s going on behind the curtain at Facebook, Twitter, and other social media companies might disturb you. In the Netflix documentary, The Social Dilemma, Silicon Valley insiders reveal how social media is reprogramming civilization by exposing what’s hiding behind your screen. What are the  consequences of our growing dependence on social media and who has a right to your personal information? Questions like these grow in importance every day.

This documentary was recommended to me by a family member. Being in the IT business for many years, I wasn’t expecting to learn anything new, but I was wrong—very wrong. If you’re a Netflix subscriber, I recommend checking it out.
