Spooky Weekend

It’s Monday. The weekend started out warm and ended with a definite chill. I spent Friday out in the Vette with the top down and the sun shinning. It was absolutely gorgeous outside, but it was also the last cruise of the year because the Vette is headed into winter storage. It’s hard to believe, but summer is over, Fall is here, and Winter is right around the corner.

The girlfriend and I are big fans of Halloween. We’ve been checking out lots of local Halloween displays over the past couple weeks using the Fright Maps app. It makes finding the best Halloween displays extremely easy. I compiled a few photos from our favorite haunts into the gallery below. If you see any creepy or spooky displays, snap some photos and send ’em in. The same goes for your wives and girlfriends. Send in photos of them in their Halloween costumes, or partial costumes!

Fall Classic – Part 1

It’s Friday! Our mild weather will stick around for one more day and then it’ll start getting more seasonal… which means chilly. Today we might hit 85 so I think we’ll be spending the day in the Vette. It will likely be its last ride before putting it into winter storage.

Today I have a whole bunch of automotive goodness from last Sunday’s Fall Classic car show in Morris, Illinois. I took over 100 photos and will feature them in two parts. You can check out the first of two galleries below. And since it’s also Friday, the babes and jokes are doubled! Enjoy!

Canadian Spookyness

It’s Thursday. Now there’s a couple of dudes that I wouldn’t mind having a beer with! The photos featured today come from a reader who caught these two skeletons enjoying a beer at the Yuengling plant in Pottsville, Pennsylvania. In the second photo he came across some serious pumpkin buttcrack in his own neighborhood.

Seen any good Halloween displays? Snap a photo or two and send ’em in!

Hi Keep,

Long time Canadian fan. My day generally begins with a coffee and the Keeper.

I have included a couple of photos you may find interesting.

I took the skeleton photo at the Yuengling plant in Pottsville PA. The second photo is from a display I saw on a roadside near me.

You can use them if you like, if not, not harm, no foul.

Keep up the great work.

MC
