It’s Tuesday. I’ve featured a few of former NASA engineer Mark Rober’s videos over the years, but you will probably know him best for his battles with Porch Pirate’s and his Glitter Bomb invention. In this video Mark takes on another much hated group, Scam Call Centers. For this task, Mark enlisted a team to infiltrate several of the worst scammer call centers in the world and torments them with cockroaches, glitter, and more. Sit back and watch as he and his team exact their revenge for all of us.

It’s Monday. Had a nice Mother’s Day brunch with mom and the family Sunday afternoon out at their country club. It was a buffet so it was easy to load your plate up with two or three scoops of just about everything. And then after you eat far more than thought humanly possible, you notice the dessert table filled with a variety of tasty pastries, cookies, brownies, and cheesecake. The end result of all that food? A huge fully stuffed gut.
Summer?
It’s Wednesday. I think we skipped spring and went straight into summer. That’s right, we had full sun and temperatures shot up into the 90s! I took advantage of the beautiful weather by spending the afternoon outside washing up the van. The Corvette is still in storage, but if this heat continues then it might be time to bring it home.
A little later I got together with a buddy for dinner at Ace Drive-In in Joliet. I’ve been going to this place since I was a kid and continue to go several times throughout the summer. The food is average but the root beer is fantastic. Stop by if you’re in the area.
