It’s Wednesday. I’m down in St. Louis doing a job for a local company. On the recommendation of a friend, we went to dinner at Fritz. Food was good and we enjoyed their home-brewed rootbeer. Tasty stuff.

It’s Tuesday. I hope everyone had a good Labor Day weekend. Mine was good. Took the Vette out for a spin and had some good food. I have a job to do down near St. Louis over the next few days, so I had to spend some time getting ready for that. Otherwise, I took it easy and enjoyed the warm weather.

Now that Labor Day is behind us, spooky season is almost here! So, it may be a bit early but I decided to break out the candy corn and pumpkin seeds! I hate that summer is over, but I do love Halloween and all things spooky.

It’s Monday. Well, here we are. It’s Labor Day already and it feels to me that summer had just begun. While the parties and cookouts are fun, there’s a soft voice in my head reminding me that summer is now over. That voice continues to amplify as every day in September goes by. I don’t like it and there’s nothing that can be done to push it aside.

So, I hope that all of you have a great Labor Day. Throw some tasty meat on the grill, have a few drinks, and enjoy this time while we can.
