Super Bowl LX

It’s Monday. Congrats to the Seattle Seahawks on their Super Bowl LX win. Early on it felt like a pretty even matchup, but as the game went on Seattle kept pushing ahead while the Patriots struggled to find any real rhythm. They had a few moments where they showed signs of life, but they were short-lived and too few to make a difference. In the end, the Seahawks easily pulled away for a 29–13 victory.

As for the Super Bowl commercials… kind of a letdown this year. Maybe my expectations were too high, but nothing really jumped out as memorable or Monday morning watercooler material. A few were fine, a few were forgettable, and none felt like instant classics. For a night that usually delivers at least one commercial everyone can’t stop talking about, this batch mostly blended together.

It’s back to the Olympics for me. And NASCAR preseason racing continues on Thursday with the twin Duel races. And Sunday… it’s finally here with the 68th running of The Great American Race—The Daytona 500!
