It’s Monday. Eggs. No, not the expensive ones everyone is losing their shit over, I’m talking about the chocolate malted milk eggs! I picked up a couple bags of Robin Eggs the other day and just opened one, so I guess I’m ready to write.
I had a lazy weekend. A buddy and I caught the film Novocain. It was about a guy who turns his inability to feel pain into an advantage when he pursues the bad guys that kidnapped the girl of his dreams in a bank robbery. It was a hell of a ride with some drama and a few really good laughs. If you’re a fan of adrenaline fueled action movies, then you might want to add Novocain to your list.
Other than that, I didn’t really do much. Nothing interesting, anyway. It was raining, so I spent most of my Sunday inside gaming while snaking on pretzels, drinking beer, and watching the Nascar race in Homestead, Florida. Not one of my more ambitious weekends, but every now and then, a lazy weekend is just what ya needed most.
