It’s Monday. Holy crap! The Bears won their season opener against the Titans in one hell of  game Sunday afternoon. It started out slow in the first half but by the second they got their stride and dominated the game. The final score was 24 to 17. I know that it’s only the first game, but things are looking good.

Hey, the weekend was okay. It was a little chilly so we decided to get a few things done around the house. We also cleaned up the cars and went out for a nice dinner with my parents. And then there’s the first race in the Nascar playoffs in Atlanta. I had recorded it earlier and just started it now. Looking forward to a good race!

It’s Friday! That was fast. The week sure flies by when you have Monday off, eh? Wish we could do that every week.

Anyway, I had a pretty good week but our weekend isn’t looking so good. Cooler weather is moving in and our temperatures are supposed to drop into the 40s at night. Our high will only be in the 60s. That’s Illinois in September.

Sunday isn’t too bad, though. The Bears play the Titans at Soldier Field and Nascar will be at the Atlanta Motor Speedway!

It’s Thursday. Where were these when I was a kid? It’s called the Segway Ninebot GoKart Pro 2 and it designed for drifting and high-speed cornering. In the video the reviewer checks out the go-kart’s impressive driving dynamics, adjustable features, and build quality. It looks like a hell of a lot of fun—for kids and adults!
