Computer Go Boom

It’s Monday. Don’t you hate when something breaks and it’s completely your own fault? I have a bunch of different computers, but the one I use on a daily basis is a Microsoft Surface Studio 2. It’s a gorgeous 4K 28-inch AIO computer that I absolutely love and it was expensive. I’ve had it for several years and Friday evening I accidently pulled it right off of my computer table where it took a three-foot header straight down to a hard tile floor. It shattered that beautiful thin 4K screen. I calmly looked down at it and said, “Fuck.”

Several days later and I still can’t believe I did that. Surprisingly, the computer itself was still more-or-less in tact. I was able to hook up an external monitor and have backed everything up that wasn’t already backed up. Today I get to start looking for another one. Dammit.

So, anything else exciting happen over the weekend? 🙂

Weekend Wrap-up

It’s Friday! Rain. I’m getting really tired of it raining every day or two. It’s summer, it’s supposed to be hot and dry, dammit. I hate that it comes to this, but I may have to do my drought dance. What, you ask? Think rain dance… only the opposite.

Once again I have a new amateur photo featured for Friday. Double babes & double jokes as well. Enjoy!

Keep, I thought you might be interested in a vacation picture from our hotel room. She’s still looking good at 38. And just so you know, you have a lot of people who (like me) look forward to visiting your website every day. Thank-you for all your efforts and commitment. -Anonymous

McLaren 570S Spider

It’s Thursday. I’ve shown a few projects that my uncle and cousin have built over the years at their shop. Everything from show cars to classics, they’ve built, restored, or repaired just about everything with four wheels.

One thing I’ve learned is if you hang out there at the shop, something interesting is either going on or will roll in at any given time. Just the other day this McLaren 570S Spider showed up. Not the kind of thing you see every day, unless you happen to have a couple hundred-thousand dollars burning a hole in your pocket. Its owner stopped by to check on another car they were building for him. Pretty damn cool, eh!
