It’s Monday. Did everyone have a good Mother’s Day? It was a beautiful day here with temperatures in the low 80s and a gorgeous breeze. So, we had a cookout and grilled up some tasty marinated chicken kabobs and Salamini sausage. Throw in some chicken & broccoli rice, fresh cucumber, salad, pickles, and some strawberry cake and you have a hell of a nice afternoon dinner.

My belly is full and I’m ready to start the week.
