It’s Tuesday. With Thanksgiving only days away, I think this clip from WKRP In Cincinnati would do nicely for today. It’s probably my all-time favorite WKRP episode.

It’s Monday. It’s not Christmas yet! So why is it everywhere I go people already have their Christmas lights and decorations up? All the commercials on TV are Christmas oriented as are many of the shows! What the hell? There’s plenty of time for all of that AFTER Thanksgiving this Thursday, dammit!
Okay, now that I got that off my chest, did anyone see that Bears game? Holy crap, they actually played well! Oh, they still lost in the final seconds of the game, but damn that was a great game and it has renewed my faith in QB Justin Fields.
Not much else going on around here. I’m hoping for a quiet and short week leading up to Thanksgiving. Our plans are simple, we’ll be spending it at my parent’s place—which means no travel needed! They picked up a 19-pound turkey and half of a big-ass ham yesterday afternoon. That’s way more than needed, but I’m not complaining because I absolutely love leftover turkey and ham! Turkey sandwiches, turkey casserole, turkey nachos, turkey salad, turkey soup, turkey pot pie, ham sandwiches, cheesy ham & potato soup, ham and mashed potato casserole… definitely looking forward to all of that.

Lego Thanksgiving
It’s Wednesday. Everybody loves a parade, right? Okay, maybe not everyone, but here’s one that the kid in you would find cool because it’s made entirely out of Legos! Consisting of over one million Lego pieces, builders inspired by the iconic Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade created a display set among a detailed cityscape that features mini turkeys, marching bands, balloons, and even the big man himself, Santa and his reindeer!
Portions of the parade can be seen at Legoland Discovery Centers located across the U.S.
