It’s Tuesday. A group of remote-control airplane enthusiasts build a magnificent 34-foot plane out of foam and cardboard. Once airborne they did what any rational person would—invite hundreds of others to bring it down in an RC aerial battle Royale!

It’s Monday. The Bears played their first regular season game against the 49ers yesterday in the pouring rain and got the win. Conditions were a horrible mess in what varied from light rain to heavy downpours, but the Bears managed to play a hell of a damn good game. Not a bad way to start off the season.
Went to Costco with a buddy on Saturday afternoon and it was a madhouse. I don’t go very often so I just wanted to take it easy and mosey around, but there were just too many people rushing around. From now on I will stick to weekdays only. Oh, they already have all the Halloween candy out, so I picked up a box of 30 full size candy bars (Butterfinger, BabyRuth, Crunch, and $100 Grand bars) for under $20 bucks! I’ll be taste testing those in the coming days!
With the girlfriend in Arizona over the weekend, I watched 4 horror movies along with the first 5 episodes of the final season of Ozark. I love that series! If you haven’t seen it, I highly recommend checking it out on Netflix.
