It’s Wednesday. Had another really nice day with plenty of sun and temperatures in the upper 70s. We spent the majority of the day out by the pool and I picked up a bit of a sunburn—and it felt great! All that sun got us pretty hungry so we tried The Hudson Eatery & Bar for dinner and it was pretty tasty. 

The weather is supposed to cool down now for the next few days so we plan to take a drive and see more of the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. Later we’re supposed to meet back at her son’s place for dinner. He’s got wings and beer on the menu so I’m definitely looking forward to that.
