It’s Monday. Our mild weather continued through the weekend but our luck is expected to run out on Christmas Eve. By Thursday the Chicagoland area will struggle to reach a high of 20 degrees. That’ll be the result of a whole lot of frigid Canadian air dipping down into the Midwest. Thanks for that, Hosers.
With Christmas only a few days away and none of the horrid white stuff in the forecast, it appears we’ll be having a green Christmas. That’s unusual but the it’s hard to say exactly what the usual is anymore.
Not much happening over the weekend. The girlfriend made a big-ass ham and did some baking. We drove around checking out Christmas lights, saw a few Christmas movies, and caught the Bears game against the Vikings. The Bears won for the second week in a row and are now 7-7. Trubisky did a damn good job again. As long as the o-line does their job and buys Trubisky the time he needs, he can get it done.
Oh well. Still have a couple gifts to buy yet. Nothing special, maybe some gift cards… yeah, that should do it.

Hey Keep, after all the turkey’s gone from Thanksgiving we like to shake it up with a prime rib for Christmas dinner. I have always felt that nothing goes better on your meat than an EXTRA HOT BEAVER. Thanks for a great site. -John
