Crawfish Boil

It’s Wednesday. I like all kinds of seafood. Fish, crab, lobster, scallops, oysters, clams—I love it all. Well, except for crawfish. I just can’t bring myself to even try one, which is pretty stupid, I know. It probably has something to do with the whole break-it-in-half and suck-out-the-contents thing. I’m sure they’re very tasty but I just can’t do it. 

One guy who has no problem with that is Terry, a reader who boiled up 73 lbs of crawfish over the Memorial Day weekend. And judging from the photos, it looks like everyone at the table had a great time and I’m willing to bet no one left hungry!
